1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is SILKROUTE EXPRESS LTD, reg. no. 516958006 (State of Israel), the Savdogarlar service (hereinafter “we”). For any questions about your data, please write to info@savdogarlar.uz.

2. What data we collect

• Partners (store owners): phone number, name (as you provided it), store details, history of orders, earnings, and payouts, payout details, correspondence with support.
• Customers: name, phone number, shipping address, order contents and history, order-related correspondence.
• Website visitors: phone number, if you submit it via a form; technical data as described in our Cookie Policy.

We do not knowingly request and ask that you do not provide us with any special categories of data (e.g., concerning health, beliefs, etc.).

3. Why we use your data

• creating and maintaining a partner's store, enabling account login;
• communicating about onboarding, orders, and support via phone and messengers;
• accepting, fulfilling, and delivering customer orders;
• calculating partner compensation and processing payouts;
• complying with legal requirements (e.g., accounting, taxes, responding to lawful requests);
• protecting against fraud and abuse.

4. Legal basis

We process data: to enter into and perform a contract with you (the Service Terms, an order); with your consent (e.g., submitting a phone number via a form, non-essential cookies); for our legitimate interests (security, Service improvement); and to comply with legal obligations.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We only share data with:

• service providers essential for the Service's operation: hosting and infrastructure, delivery services (recipient's name, phone, address), and messaging platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp) when you communicate through them;
• government bodies, upon a lawful request;
• a legal successor in the event of a company reorganization, subject to the terms of this Policy.

Our service providers may be located outside of your country; in such cases, we employ reasonable contractual and technical measures to protect the data transfer.

6. How long we keep data

• partner account data — for as long as the account is active and for up to 3 years after its closure;
• order and payout data — for the periods required by applicable accounting and tax legislation;
• phone numbers submitted via a form that do not result in onboarding — for up to 12 months.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, restrict processing, withdraw consent (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal), and receive a copy of your data in a machine-readable format. To do so, please write to info@savdogarlar.uz from the phone number or email address associated with your account, and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

8. How we protect data

Access to data is restricted by employee roles, connections are secured with encryption (HTTPS), passwords are stored as hashes, and system actions are logged. While no one can guarantee absolute security, in the event of an incident, we will notify affected users and authorities within the timeframes required by law.

9. Children

The Service is intended for individuals over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe that a child has provided us with their data, please contact us, and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

Updated versions are posted on this page with their effective date. We will notify partners of any material changes via messenger.
